Warm ― cloudy at times ― but mostly bright & lovely. ― Unwell all night more or less

X

And, ἐξ αἰτίας ταύτης[1] ― all the day.

Worked at the Florence ― but ill ― & I now hardly know if I have done well or badly to keep on working at them.

3 Papers ― no letters.

At 6 ― walked round by Καστράδες.

Dined μοναχως. G. made a lot of Orange Marmalade this summer ― as a ‘regalo’ for me, & it makes good puddings ― which I call “Boudini Τζικυράτου.”

Penned out, nearly the last of the Cerigo drawings.

[1] Because of it (NB).
