Fine ― but dunny cloudy at times.

XXX2.

Alas.

Painted at goats in Bruce’s Argostoli till 3.30.

Wade-Browne came, & persuaded me to walk ― so at 4, I went with him by the Prison Road & along grand old olives by Cressidai fountain ― to the Peramo ― the evening was most calm & lovely ― & so we walked back by the One Gun road by 6.30.

Dined μοναχῶς ― & penned out till 10.30[.]
