Not so cold ― as there was less wind, ― nevertheless sunless & cold all thro’. Did not go out, but worked by fits & badly enough ― at one of the 6 W.C. drawings.

Indigestion, discomfort, irritation, & vexation.

No steamer ― a bore. Dined μοναχῶς.

I do not go on with Greek, as the penning out past drawings is so necessary.

Penned out till 10 ― Samos sketches.
