Rose at 7. Lovely bright. ― Breakfast as ever. ―

Wrote, & arranged things till 1. Then to De Veres, where I lunched, & walked afterwards with them & little Mary ― to Ascension. Later I went to see G.’s mother, but she was out. I saw poor Tatianè however, ― & little “Lambi.” ―

Returned at 5. Wrote till 6.30[.]

To the Palace

Very pleasant ― but I had a dreadful cold.
