XX6

Rose at 8.30[.]

A frightful sleepless night ―― I think owing to having eaten some uncooked greens.

Worked all day ˇ[to 3.30] at Athens, & Parnassus, Gethsemane & Beachy Head.

William Lushington came & sate some time. Cab at 3.30 to Child’s & got £7.10 from Lady Strangford’s cheque: ― then called on Mrs. Drummond Woolff ― & sate a time: Mrs. Dasent was there. ―

Saw Kirkwall ― & also Boyd.

Home by 7.

Poor Bright-Smith seems little better.
