Jourdain Steamer.

In the Straits of Bonifazio by sunrise: cloudy & cloudier ― & afterwards, rain. ―― & Later rougher, though the rain ceased at 3 PM. Everything grew upside down by 5, & tho’ the wind was with us & we had all sails up, the rolling was horrid from 5 to 12 ― when we got nearer Hyères. ―
